For more than 25 years I have devoted my career to team and leadership development.
I coach executive leaders and their teams throughout the world in industries including finance, technology, civil aviation, mining, energy and mobility.
In all my endeavours I draw on my considerable first-hand experience as a business leader, leading through times of sudden change and overcoming new challenges to exceed performance expectations.
Having worked with over 2000 people I quickly get to the core of the issue and offer unique insights and perspectives, while facilitating exceptional results.
My method is founded on neuroscience and a phenomenological approach. My depth of experience and mastery in coaching supports my executive clients to achieve outstanding results.
Certified as a Brain-Based Coach through the Neuroleadership institute, I am keen to have my clients benefit from the latest findings in neuroscience's application to leadership.
I am at home with diversity. I was born in Ethiopia, Educated in UK, and France. I work in both English and French.

I love working with clients as they engage in making a positive impact in projects and organisations that are important to them. Overcoming challenges that are key to their success brings out their creativity and their greatness. There is no finer privilege than accompanying them as they fulfil their ambitions.
